The author, Kevin Carey, is Chairman of the RNIB, Britain’s leading charity for the blind. He is also a Reader and a published poet. This book, which carries a foreword by The Very Revd Michael Sadgrove, Dean of Durham, would be excellent as an aid either to sermon preparation or to personal devotion. Most new material of this type is now designed for the Common Lectionary so is good to have something for the Prayer Book.
