Shown to the world,
From Sinai burst,
A star-heralded king:
Object of scholars,
Parthian and Greek,
Across borders blossoming.
Shown to the World,
By John baptised,
Blessed by the holy dove:
God’s proclamation
Loud overhead,
To salt the Law with love.
Shown to the world
The Temple left behind:
Water to wine
For the consummation
Of the body and the mind.
